Participants should use the log in provided to them by the Airshow organisers to access their enet accounts and order Entry Passes, Parking labels and to download Gala Dinner nomination forms etc.

Pass/Visitor Registration—Enet

All participants will receive a User ID and password to access the online registration system in due course. Please follow the process and register your personnel by 8th January 2012.

A total of 120 Guest Passes (40 per day) is allocated to each chalet. Guest Passes are not photo ID and are not named. The ‘Guest Of’ pass requires you to complete the company name you wish to appear on the card. If you have not already done so, please register your guest pass allocation through Enet so your passes will be ready to collect onsite from 0900hrs on Tuesday 17th January 2012.

Additionally, each chalet holder is allocated 10 participant passes. These passes must be registered online by 8th January 2012 via the E Net system and require photo ID and Name. Once registered and security cleared, each pass holder will receive an email including an individual ‘q-jump’ number (collection reference). This should be printed off and taken to site along with photo ID in order to collect each pass. There are no delivery options available for these passes.

Unlimited Service passes are for contractors needing access to your chalet during the build up, open days and break down of the show.

Please note that all passes are now only available to collect on site.

Additional passes can be purchased via your online Enet account.
Photographic ID

Please note all visitors to the Bahrain International Airshow 2012 including participants, guests, VIPs, delegations, trade visitors, and media are required to carry passports or CPR cards for identification purposes at all times.

Even if you are already in possession of your Participant Passes, you are still required to show your ID upon arrival for security reasons. Please keep ID with you at all times and remind your staff and guests of this point. No entry to the show will be granted without the display of valid ID.


Military Delegation and VIP Guest Programme

In addition to participants inviting their own guests, BIAS 2012 will host a top-level Military Delegation and VIP Guest programme. Military delegations have been invited from across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. A full list of countries will be issued shortly.

VIP Guests will include Government Ministers and Head of CAAs from around the world, as well as executives from the Aviation and Aerospace community. Middle Eastern carriers, International Airlines and supporting industries will all be represented at a senior level.

Official Opening Ceremony

On Thursday 19 January 2012, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa will officially open BIAS 2012. Participating companies will be invited to nominate one representative who will be received by His Majesty the King. Full details and a nomination form have been circulated to all participants and we would urge you to return them by the required date.


Gala Dinner

The BIAS Gala Dinner will be held on Thursday 19 January 2012 at the Gulf Hotel Manama. Hosted by His Royal Highness Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King and Chairman of the Supreme Organising Committee for BIAS, the dinner will welcome 300 international guests drawn from Official Delegations and Industry executives.

The event will open with a Reception at 1930hrs, followed by dinner at 2015hrs and carriages at 2230hrs. Each participating company will be allocated two guest invitations for the Gala Dinner and nomination forms will be placed on your Enet account.
